Role Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish engaging content as per the team’s requirements
  • Develop project content including engagement strategies, emails, notifications, newsletters, special campaigns, collateral materials, etc.
  • Execute BLRI’s social media strategy and corporate newsletter, in collaboration with the content and marketing teams
  • Manage day-to-day operation of multiple projects under the direction of the Senior Director Product Development.
  • Collaborate with the design team to plan and develop site content, and participate in weekly status meetings with key internal and external stakeholders for ongoing and new projects.
  • Work with colleagues to secure client review and sign off, JIRA processes, and comply with standard operating procedures, etc.
  • Perform quality assurance and provide creative direction on multiple projects to ensure final product meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Continually seek and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and business requirement documents, and innovative product solutions
  • Support colleagues and associated project suppliers/vendors to identify and set realistic project goals while positively influencing project team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure with tight project timelines
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare communications and/or agency setting strongly preferred

Marketing Manager, IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity

The Marketing Manager, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity will be responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy for Ricoh IT Services and Solutions. You will be the expert in the offering as well as the buying committee, buyer journey, buyer needs and watering holes for the target audience. You take an outside-in, customer centric approach to everything you do. You will partner with demand generation, marketing communications, field marketing, sales, and portfolio management to create the engagement strategies, launch plans, content, messaging and campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop and deploy buyer personas and journeys using a deep understanding of target buyer needs, the buying decision process, scenarios, and variations.
  • Create a buyer needs map and messaging architecture for all appropriate solutions and services.
  • Build the go-to-market plan to support prioritizing and aligning target audiences, developing effective messaging, value propositions and building content architecture for customers and prospects.
  • Create the 12 month campaign strategy that is aligned to the buyer’s journey: digital marketing, content marketing, social media, sales communications, events, and lead nurture/demand generation
  • Together with the portfolio, field, and communications teams, develop and execute message maps, value propositions at the campaign, category and solution level
  • Working with SMEs, lead the creation of content and advertising: case studies, videos, website, blog posts, banners, brochures, press releases, sponsorship activations etc.
  • Collaborate with the cross functional resources necessary for successful launches and campaign success
  • Create, maintain, and execute buyer engagement calendars, budgets, and manage projects effectively and on time
  • Set, track, and achieve goals, KPIs and budgets for all activities: revenue, opportunities, MQLs, CPC, CTR, etc.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral and activities are aligned to our brand position and brand standards
  • Ensure approval processes are met
  • Regularly report on marketing’s activities and results to executive management
  • Work with partners to identify opportunities for go-to-market with co-branded and focused messaging, campaigns, events etc.
  • Understand market trends, the vendor landscape, competitive activity to stay current with industry skills, trends, and emerging tactics
  • Brief and coordinate the work of internal resources and agencies
  • Manage agency relationships and contracts
  • Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications and/or PR
  • 5-7 years progressive marketing experience with experience in B2B and/or related industries.
  • Demonstrated record of success and relevant work experience in roles with increasing complexity and responsibility.
  • Experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation.
  • Experience balanced in strategic planning and execution – a keen ability to operate at a high level strategically with the energy to “roll up the sleeves” and ensure that the marketing plans are successfully executed.

Application Managed Services and Operate leader for Digital Technologies


What will your typical day look like?

The Operate Senior Manager is responsible for growing and managing Deloitte’s Operate practice and leading the Application Management Services stream for digital technologies. Reporting to Practice Leaders and Engagement Partners, the Operate Senior Manager is expected to carry out the following activities:

  • Business Development – You will take a lead role in selling, delivering and managing consulting managed services (AMS) to high growth organizations with a diverse global team. Create long term relationships with selected vendors. Identify and lead business development opportunities. Provide innovative ideas and leadership to generate client service offerings. Develop knowledge of the various Operate services, tools and methodologies delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified. Providing strategic vision for Operate practice and engagements, leading sales activities including RFP responses, performing work assessment and estimation, designing optimal support models, developing pricing models, facilitating advisory work, etc.
  • Service Management – overseeing digital AMS client engagements including building relationships with senior client executives, leading delivery teams, managing engagement financials and identifying new opportunities

  • Advanced knowledge of Application Management and Operations principles including ITIL, CMMi, ITSM tools, etc.
  • Deep experience developing sales leads for AMS engagements and delivering on those opportunities once closed
  • Superior program/project management experience, specifically working with matrix reporting structures
  • Decisive leadership skills and ability to motivate, facilitate, and influence diverse teams without authority and with empathy
  • Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously and with global teams
  • Ability to develop and secure relationships with senior client executives

What You Will Do at Prophix

  • Assume ownership of the marketing automation system (Eloqua) at Prophix and ensure its capabilities are fully leveraged to drive world-class marketing
  • Work closely with sales operations and the CRM system (SalesForce.com) regarding processes required to run an effective and efficient marketing organization. Recommending improvements to existing systems and processes as well as identifying new ways to increase marketing ROI
