Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Mobile Operations Manager will assist in achieving the efficient operations within Fidelity’s marketing automation and sales enablement platforms through a mobile lens, in addition to other initiatives, such as assisting others with the automated production of fund performance materials.
What You Will Do:
Mobile Marketing automation and sales enablement support:
- Lead the timely delivery of all mobile-based campaign materials
Assist with database management, content production and mobile-based campaign execution:
- Establish customer journeys through the mobile channel, which are reviewed half-yearly – Campaign KPIs
Achieve mobile-based marketing effectiveness through measurement and reporting:
- Execute on quarterly mobile-based campaign reporting
- Increase mobile-based campaign effectiveness improvement as demonstrated by KPIs
- Lead the creation of a dashboard to track content use in mobile-based initiatives
Automation, A.I. and digital subject matter expert:
- Corroborate and lead project teams related to mobile-based digital marketing initiatives
- Produce reports, process maps and/or other outputs to support different Marketing teams from a mobile lens
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-year university degree
- 3 years of experience in using marketing automation, mobile-based marketing promotional platforms and CRMs to spearhead the planning and execution of automated marketing campaigns (e.g. Marketo, Localytics, Vibes, Twilio, Waterfall SMS, Salesforce)
- 2+ years in leveraging sales enablement tools to provide internal tools and content to provide support for sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle (e.g. Seismic)
- 1-2 years’ experience in the Mutual Fund/Financial Services industry is an asset
- Experience in document and content production technology (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset
- Experience with database management and content production is an asset
- Licenses (PMP, Marketo Certification, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required
- The ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Project management, organizational abilities and strong analytical skills
- Interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve goals in Fidelity’s collaborative environment
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
