Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Mobile Operations Manager will assist in achieving the efficient operations within Fidelity’s marketing automation and sales enablement platforms through a mobile lens, in addition to other initiatives, such as assisting others with the automated production of fund performance materials.

What You Will Do:

Mobile Marketing automation and sales enablement support:

  • Lead the timely delivery of all mobile-based campaign materials

Assist with database management, content production and mobile-based campaign execution:

  • Establish customer journeys through the mobile channel, which are reviewed half-yearly – Campaign KPIs

Achieve mobile-based marketing effectiveness through measurement and reporting:

  • Execute on quarterly mobile-based campaign reporting
  • Increase mobile-based campaign effectiveness improvement as demonstrated by KPIs
  • Lead the creation of a dashboard to track content use in mobile-based initiatives

Automation, A.I. and digital subject matter expert:

  • Corroborate and lead project teams related to mobile-based digital marketing initiatives
  • Produce reports, process maps and/or other outputs to support different Marketing teams from a mobile lens

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4-year university degree
  • 3 years of experience in using marketing automation, mobile-based marketing promotional platforms and CRMs to spearhead the planning and execution of automated marketing campaigns (e.g. Marketo, Localytics, Vibes, Twilio, Waterfall SMS, Salesforce)
  • 2+ years in leveraging sales enablement tools to provide internal tools and content to provide support for sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle (e.g. Seismic)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the Mutual Fund/Financial Services industry is an asset
  • Experience in document and content production technology (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset
  • Experience with database management and content production is an asset
  • Licenses (PMP, Marketo Certification, etc.)

One of our major banking clients is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (B2B Integrated Marketing)
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm (37.5 hrs)
Length: 12 Months Contract with a possibility of extension

Role Mandate: The Marketing Manager is accountable for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and tactics to promote Business Banking’s programs, services and brand to clients. It is a varied role that consists of work on B2B integrated marketing campaigns and communications, as well as social media management, industry vertical support, content creation and client events.

Group Culture:
This is a small collaborative team of approximately 6. There will be weekly touchpoints with the HM’s. Performance success will be measured on hitting campaign targets and timelines, and weekly assessments of the ongoing work.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Marketing Program Development & Execution (60%)

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Business Banking marketing campaigns, encompassing strategy development, creative development, legal and compliance approvals and internal communications.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives through alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, recommending and implementing enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Lead social media, content and event planning and execution as required.

Relationship and Agency Management (30%)

  • Develop rapport with business partners in product groups, digital channels, sales management, analytics, compliance and other key areas, facilitating communication and consensus-building to deliver marketing programs that support goals.
  • Clearly articulate and share recommendations, status updates and results to project stakeholders.
  • Liaise with creative agencies to assist in the development of marketing materials, along with other vendors and supplier
  • Strategy Development & Analysis (10%)
  • Contribute, as part of the marketing team, to the development of plans to achieve marketing goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Assist with research and analytic needs to monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, such as regular and ad-hoc reports.

Knowledge:

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing work experience (client or agency with B2B experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Financial services background preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including strategy formulation, consumer insights, creative evaluation, media and production
  • Knowledge of direct and digital marketing tactics, including social media platforms
  • Familiarity with U.S. banking landscape and geography a strong asset

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
