Reporting to the Manager, Program Office you’ll bring your A-game by:

  • Working together with your channel to identify target-impacting challenges, dig into them until you identify the root cause, and then collaborate with relevant stakeholders across TELUS to find the best solution and ensure it gets implemented
  • Driving meaningful change with our partners in SMB Marketing by acting as our Dealer Champion, allowing our dealer sales teams to focus on what they do best: providing best-in-class customer sales experiences
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to implement dealer campaign outlier management programs and dealer productivity metrics to highlight successes and areas of opportunity

Your Knowledge Toolkit also consists of

  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or another related field
  • 2-3 years of sales/channel experience in the Telecommunications industry (ideally wireless), or similar industry
  • An understanding of Outbound/Field programs
  • Knowledge of the B2B segment
  • Solid understanding of metrics that drive TELUS Business

Summary:

Qualifications:

Your qualifications:
