Role Overview:
As a Sr. Product Specialist you will be responsible for handling and improving the functionality of Payments Product. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful product delivery. Additionally you will provide domain expertise and support to internal partners and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and enhance the functionality of the Payments Product as a St. Product Specialist.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Provide domain expertise and support to internal partners and clients.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Looking for min 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience.
- Expertise in data conversion activities, specifically on the Credit Cards platform.
- Familiarity with ceremonies related to data conversion, such as Mock, Dress, and the Conversion event.
- Proficient in data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Experience with option configuration on the Credit Card platform (e.g., FCS, Collateral/Marketing, Portfolio Management).
- Additional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) knowledge.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Understanding of customer service processes on the Credit Cards platform, encompassing call centre and digital self-service.
- Proficiency in payments offered on the Credit Cards platform, including Quick Remit, Lockbox, and Draft 256 files.
