The Program Coordinator, Intercultural and Global Programs will work as part of the International Student Experience (ISE) Team and will participate in the development and delivery of programs and resources advancing the international student experience. Reporting to the Associate Director, International Student Experience and Global Fluency, and under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, Inclusion and Diversity & Team Lead, ISE, the Program Coordinator will work across all ISE program portfolios and contribute their strengths in intercultural learning and global fluencies. The Program Coordinator will lead the development and delivery of programs, resources and initiatives in this field across the international student experience timeline, including transition in, the journey years and transition out.
The Program Coordinator will oversee some duties and training of the International Student Experience Ambassadors and works closely with the Resource and Information Team to deliver and promote ISE events, programs and educational workshops. The Program Coordinator ensures information is up to date on our website, social media, and digital communication channels, and reviews the impact and relevance of ISE programs through team evaluations and assessments.
