Job description: About The RoleAs a Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic Media, you’ll be tasked with elevating our programmatic media programs for some of Canada’s top clients to new heights. Your responsibilities will expand beyond campaign set-up to focus more on advanced strategy formulation for our recommendations, maintaining and enhancing relationships with vendors, and delivering superior client service. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Media Experts, and colleagues to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational excellence. You’ll provide coaching and training to junior colleagues, supporting the Supervisor on the team.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Campaign Management and Strategy:
- Lead in the execution and strategic oversight of digital media campaigns across various DSPs with an emphasis on advanced tactics and optimization.
- Spearhead strategic discussions and provide high-level recommendations that drive campaign success.
- Mitigate campaign issues with swift resolution, leveraging your deep understanding of the digital landscape.
- Organize campaign documentation and ensure adherence to process enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Enhancement and Client Servicing:
- Elevate campaign monitoring and optimization efforts, using data modeling and advanced analysis to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Maintain transparency with stakeholders through comprehensive and insightful reporting.
- Foster innovation within the team, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution discussions with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Share expertise and insights internally and with clients, reinforcing our position as industry leaders in programmatic media.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Must have advanced knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, DV360
- Ideally have 3-5 years of agency or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and other critical programmatic tools, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic use.
- A strong foundation in Marketing or Advertising, with a significant emphasis on digital media.
- Senior-level experience in demand-side platforms and a history of success in digital campaign management.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships, both internally and externally, with a commitment to outstanding client service.
- Capability to play the role of the mentor and assist more junior members with coaching, specifically around platforms and DSPs.
