  • You will contribute to the long-term profitability of the International Wealth Management (IWM) business line by:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and Business leads to develop integrated partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. This includes proposing, tracking, and reporting KPIs/KRIs to measure the success of the partnerships model in an executive reporting dashboard format.
  • Co-creating the IWM Partnership Framework & Standards and support the implementation which ensures high quality standards of the partnerships that bring the whole Bank to Wealth clients and aligned with IWM’s strategic goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in partnership management.
  • Working closely with Practice Excellence, Digital Adoption team & all business lines at head office and in country for IWM to sustain business/digital transformation needs.
  • Developing communication & engagement plans and implementing them to align leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting training efforts; including training needs assessment, training plan, training material and roll-out
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities.

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.).
