Oversee Client Relations

Strategy & Execution
- Work with the team to develop and present digital marketing strategies and action plans for client accounts and oversee their smooth execution.
- Prepare proposals in collaboration with specialist teams.
- Prepare reports and conduct follow-up meetings where necessary.
Project Management
- Collaborate and coordinate with all the teams working on the account to deliver the highest quality solutions for clients.
- Oversee all internal and external projects.
- Prioritize the needs of production in terms of resources, time and budget.
- Budget Management
- Define, oversee, monitor and analyze all budget & cost strategies and executions.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- 2 years of experience in project management and client services in an agency setting;
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.);
- A university degree in marketing, communications, management, business or a related field;
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English and French to communicate effectively with our bilingual clientele and international/national team members.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing:
- Experience in digital marketing (SEM and SEO) and/or conversion rate optimization, affiliate programs, digital signage, social network data analysis, et al, is an asset.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including latest trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with various online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, paid media, etc.
- Data analysis skills: Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Use of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships;
- Management of client expectations and proactive problem solving;
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities to meet multiple clients’ needs;
- Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards sensitive information.
