• sought after as a graphic design and production generalist that knows a brand inside out and confidently proposes new ideas, mediums, and opportunities to ensure content jumps off the page and the screen for an audience?

The Senior Advisor, Graphic Design is responsible for:Working with our corporate marketing team on Element branded content and client / driver communications

• Develop and deliver visual elements for omni-channel marketing assets including, but not limited to presentations, print collateral, infographics, email templates, website content, social media, signage and promotional materials.
• Generate unique graphical elements and layouts using our brand standards.
• Edit and produce online video content.
• Edit and produce animated banners to support paid activity
• Other types of content include newsletters, infographics, podcasts, and webinars.

Help Deploy communications using email, marketing automation tools (i.e., Pardot) as well as website content management systems (Bloomreach, WordPress).You are the ultimate team player because you work across our group on different projects. No day is alike, but you thrive on a fast-paced environment and helping your team.Qualifications

• Min. Education required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Min. Experience required: 3-6 years digital and print design.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communications and time management skills.
• Experience in B2B industry preferred.
• Strong writing skills.

Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
