- Support B2B Vertical Lead in executing the key responsibilities of the function, including client-facing support (pitches, workshops, RFP development), solutions engineering and new solutions discovery across strategic client segments, including Enterprise
- Contribute to GTM strategy and commercialization efforts for B2B projects in collaboration with Product Marketing; identify pillars of competitive differentiation, help establish market positioning & narrative and work with Enablement to ensure effective in-market distribution
- Provide critical and timely support to Core and Enterprise Revenue teams in service of uncovering new customer segments and market opportunities
- Through client discovery, meticulously refine the team’s understanding of vertical business challenges. Study key clients’ strategic data integrations, business processes and workflows in order to provide critical insight that will inform product, partnerships and technology roadmaps with the ultimate objective of increasing share-of-wallet, revenue retention and new segment growth
- Conduct market and competitive landscape research to stay on top of trends in the B2B industry, understand competitor offerings and identify strategic opportunities
- Support the B2B Vertical Lead in managing performance OKRs (ex. net revenue retention, new segment growth) and optimizing based on available customer levers
- Work in conjunction with Data Partnerships Team to identify strategic partners and develop integration strategies that will drive differentiation for our B2B solutions
- Support the B2B Program Team in ad-hoc and daily operational tasks which include (but are not limited to) time-sensitive client and RFP requests, ad-hoc data analysis and market & competitor research
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, Business Analysis or Strategy & Operations ideally in a business consulting or solutions consulting role. Experience with marketing or advertising systems is an asset but not required
- A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams, engaging with external stakeholders and facilitating client engagements
- Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to effectively conduct research, formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences
- Prior experience or familiarity with marketing and advertising technology is a plus

- Hands-on development and execution of ABM marketing campaigns, including campaign flow, prospects emails via Pardot, LinkedIn advertising, landing pages and form creation, A/B testing, and media placement
- Develop and optimize landing pages, set up forms, conduct A/B testing, and manage page engagement metrics to improve conversion rates
- Understand the B2B buyer’s journey to develop integrated marketing plans, including communication and engagement strategies across omnichannel tactics.
- Enable and work closely with Sales to meet/exceed sales goals through demand generation initiatives and develop multi-channel, nurture programs that incorporate lead scoring and prospect activity/ behaviour to engage prospects and drive revenue
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and sales (making recommendations for alternatives where appropriate).
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience including experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com), and marketing automation platforms (ideally Pardot)
- 2+ years of ABM experience including experience working with ABM Platforms (ideally Demandbase)
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with an ability to leverage diverse campaign formats to maximize audience engagement
- Proven experience developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
- A solid understanding of lead flow processes and best practices for design within a large enterprise B2B marketing/sales cycle
