- Optimize and distribute external email marketing campaigns including announcements, thought leadership and event invitation via the email marketing platform, Vuture and support related CRM activities.
- Format external marketing content within email marketing templates.
- Ensure distributions adhere to brand standards, marketing best practices and applicable regulations, including CASL (Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and other global anti-spam laws where applicable.
- Connect email marketing campaigns to the CRM platform and ensure data is being correctly written back to the CRM platform.

- Good working knowledge of applications such as MS Outlook and Word and Excel
