Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
– Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
