- Deliver high quality business and software solutions and services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customisations.

- Deliver all consultancy and configuration work according to our project methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully: on time and on budget.

Position Description
As a Digital Recruiting & Engagement Administrator, you will be working closely with the BPTN Recruit and Marketing teams. You will help own and manage the posting and applicant tracking process for roles from BPTN partner companies. You will also assist with activities to drive engagement of both partners and members via our digital channels to increase the visibility of the roles within the network and drive qualified applicants.
Core Responsibilities
– Source qualified Black identified tech candidates both within and outside the BPTN network to satisfy a range of roles as needed by our corporate partners
– Build and maintain relationships with various community partner organizations, colleges and universities, student associations, etc. to ensure a steady pipeline of both new graduate and experienced talent for the network
– Own and support the end-to-end job application and candidate submission process via our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) as well as 3rd party networks such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
– Work directly with BPTN partner companies to secure roles and post them to the network
– Support partner inquiries and requests regarding the job posting process
– Own the job posting and candidate submission processes for qualified candidates to BPTN partners
– Onboard qualified candidates to the BPTN community
– Monitor social engagement of posted jobs on BPTN Slack, LinkedIn and other channels
– Assist the BPTN community manager to advertise partner job postings using digital ads and social media
– Assist with BPTN partner engagement activities to increase visibility of jobs within the network and drive applicant conversion
– Research and trial digital engagement tactics, implementing and expanding where outcomes are successful
– Provide feedback to the BPTN product team to guide platform evolution
– Assist the BPTN recruiting team with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience
– Experience with digital community management or engagement would be an asset
– Familiarity with recruiting and administrative support processes
Qualifications
– Completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent

ROLE SUMMARY
As the Director Marketing GCX Canada, your mission is to accelerate the growth of the brand portfolio and enhance brand equity across the Canadian region; you will develop and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy; and be the voice of the consumer for Canada. In this role you will drive the Stanley Black & Decker portfolio working to maximize the effectiveness of overall content strategy and creation, brand positioning, digital marketing, insights, merchandising, enterprise storytelling and creative execution while preparing the sales and commercial teams for compelling customer interactions. Lead the digital strategy across the entire digital marketing playbook of paid, owned, and earned channels including SEO/SEM, paid and organic social, influencer, retargeting and beyond. You will sit at the leadership table for the Canadian Region as well as the Global Customer Experience function. You will develop and communicate our digital marketing investment strategy and coordinate the evolution of our ad technology platform and tools to deliver on business goals.
In the first year, you will grow top line revenue across the business by building compelling and engaging experiences for end users, while keeping customer top of mind and appreciating the buyer’s role. Concrete deliverables include working with regional commercial, sales and eCommerce partners to drive winning customer plans with priority retailers such as The Home Depot, Lowes Canada, Canadian Tire and Amazon. You should expect to drive integrated marketing plans across the Product, Commercial, Brand, Digital and eCommerce teams to ensure country level marketing plans are focused on the key regional business priorities.
Reporting to the Vice President Brand, you will collaborate closely with Region Leaders, and Business Unit Leadership. You will bring your digital first and creative approach; high EQ and passion; and work collaboratively with the global marketing organization and international teams to drive efficiencies and ensure Canadian regional needs are integrated in global initiatives to drive local relevancy. QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience with marketing innovation in a either a SKU-intensive brand or multi-brand consumer product portfolio with revenues of $300+ million
- Demonstrated expertise working and leading business teams in Canada
- Experience in high volume retail and / or distributor environment involving complexity in price, channel, and product, with the ability to act as a marketing spokesperson with internal and external customers to generate excitement about launches
- Referenceable track record of influence across a global company, matrix environment
