Develop and maintain applications and services using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with project specifications.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance to developers.
Partner with Business Analysts to clarify and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with teams across regions, contributing to Agile stand-ups and project discussions.
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
Assess and recommend technology solutions to enhance business performance.
Continuously improve the development lifecycle, internal design processes, and documentation practices.
Build relationships within the organization to enhance collaboration and maintain alignment with strategic goals.Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and 1 year with Copilot and Power Pages.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in large-scale software development, including implementation of enterprise solutions.
Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications; Azure Services certifications preferred.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience delivering projects in Agile Scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API integration.
Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and API-based development.
Understanding of user-centered design principles, including user stories and prototyping.
Solid experience with RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL, Dataverse) and event-driven, service-oriented architectures.Preferred Skills:
Experience with agent development and advanced API plugins.
