  • Use ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager to collect building energy data, or provide help and guidance to program participants in using the platform.
  • Own the data quality control process, working with users to troubleshoot and correct any data quality issues.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks and concurrent priorities to maintain contract SLAs and program milestones, while also mitigating risks and reporting on program progress internally
  • Collect feedback from users of OPEN’s software tools and energy reporting programs, recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, sustainability or a related field (including 1 year in a client-facing role).
  • A degree or diploma in STEM, sustainability, the built environment or a technical business field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required) with experience working in both languages.
  • You are based in Canada (required), with preference for those located in the Eastern Time zone in order to best serve our customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with great attention to detail
