If you have a sharp intellect, unyielding ambition, and a love for challenges, this is the perfect place for you.As a member of the Consumer Custom Home Sales & Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategies aimed at capturing the custom premium market segment.Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together:In this role you will interface with customers directly as well as internal TELUS stakeholders to provide consumer solutions to include the full product suite TELUS has to offer. You will utilize your expertise to create comprehensive solution designs and provide strategic recommendations to customers. Additionally, you will develop and oversee the installation project plan, collaborating with various working groups to ensure a seamless and successful implementation. Your solution design will include product integration, pricing, installation support and material lists to complete the projects. In addition, you will support various lead fting programs and projects to support the growth of the Custom Home segment.Here’s how:
- Provide a detailed design to fulfill the customers requirements including a scope of work, drawings, bill of materials and recommendation where appropriate
- Recommend other TELUS products and services to ensure a complete solution is provided for the customer
- Interlock with other TELUS primes to coordinate services installation at the customer premise
- Coordinate work completion with complementary, partnered, and service trades to ensure a complete solution is provided at the home (ie electrical, plumbing, HVAC etc.)
- Work collaboratively with the sales managers to opportunities for coaching and training in order to ensure best in class service and solutions are provided to our customers
- Manage VIP referrals, supporting internal leads, community and events engagements with the intention to drive leads, and provide support for the builder program
QualificationsYou’re the missing piece of the puzzle:
- Known for your solution-oriented strategies, you’re a seasoned sales and solution design professional with a business ownership mindset
- Noted for your creativity and innovation in driving performance by embracing and overcoming challenges
- Consistently demonstrating strong program and project management skill sets focused on setting goals, driving performance and optimizing tactics through a collaborative team approach
- Recognized for your ability to bring forward new ideas, challenge established thinking, and be ready to adapt plans to changing business and customer needs
- Your ability to craft clear, concise and compelling communications to customers and internal stakeholders to all levels in the organization
- You are agile and have a bias for action, removing blocks to get to outcomes
- Understand the TELUS consumer products including requirements, pricing and functionality
- Demonstrated ability providing solutions and working in a face paced environment
- Experience with architectural drawings for consumers homes with the ability to understand layout, design and building requirements in order to design recommendations for installation
Great-to-haves:
- Knowledge of the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets
- Experience in sales, solution design and customer service
- Demonstrated project management and program leadership skills
- Work with data visualization, sales and customer support tools (Mastermind, SalesForce and Domo)
