Job description: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join Danone Canada’s Media, Digital and E-Commerce team. This position can be either based at our Boucherville office, or at our Toronto office.

As part of this mandate, you will assume the following responsibilities.

Mission: As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you are responsible for the development, management, and optimization of Danone Canada’s digital campaigns and ecosystems. You also play a key role in defining Danone’s long-term digital vision (action plan, partners, configuration).

More specifically:

  • Responsible for the execution of the digital activations of Danone’s brands
  • Act as an expert for SEO / SEM strategies in collaboration with our strategic partners
  • Monitor development and updates on various websites, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage relationships with our digital agencies
  • Advise Brand Managers and assist them in understanding the ecosystems and their dynamics
  • Ensure best practices are shared among the organisation and lead the digital education roadmap for key teams in the organization
  • Analyze and communicate the results of the team’s activities – including performance reports and studies
  • Manage the annual budget related to the activity
  • Responsible for ongoing capabilities assessment on the marketplace

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with specialization in marketing, or digital marketing (an asset)
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and web project management
  • Be bilingual (an asset)
  • Experience in digital or media marketing agency (an asset)
  • Strong interest in data, including a good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Tag Manager, and experience with tracking codes and reporting
  • Experience with a content management system (CMS) and basic HTML skills (an asset)
  • Be proactive, creative, open-minded.
  • Be autonomous, and proven ability to work within a large team and to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Be able to navigate environments involving several interlocutors and a rigorous management of deadlines
