What will you do?

  • Develop Marketing Cloud programs using Journey Builder that allow Marketing stakeholders to effectively target and communicate with clients and advisors
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Marketing Cloud Connect configurations with Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
  • Utilize APIs and triggered sends to build real-time email marketing programs
  • Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to define, pilot, and implement new functionalities and product capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Distributed Marketing
  • Work on strategic implementations of preference center management using Cloud Pages and ampscript
  • Design and build integrations with external data sources into Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Accountabilities:

Daily Responsibilities

Build and maintain reporting and analytical processes to gauge the effectiveness of digital customer journey and provide actionable insights on digital marketing initiatives on web and apps. This individual will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives for Manulife Bank.

Review and integrate of raw data from multiple data sources, including salesforce marketing cloud, adobe analytics, external paid marketing data from Datorama and Google 360 to understand customers digital journey. It requires the candidate to have great data literacy, solid understanding of Salesforce marketing cloud and Adobe analytics data, experience of building Power BI or Tableau dashboards, MS Excel kills with advanced V-lookups, and communication skills to delivery outcomes and recommendations to marketing teams and business stakeholders.

Manage the relationships with marketing campaign agency, which entails data validation of external marketing metrics and cross-referencing agency and on-site data.

Conduct the post-mortem campaign analysis, with a metrics-based focus on successes and opportunities for improvement in future campaigns

Build and continuously improve campaign analytics reporting standardization, which includes the standardized management of campaign data provided by our external agency of record

Work with the Digital Marketing team to identify issues and opportunities to improve lead sales, retention and the digital customer experience. Continuously contribute to growth of digital marketing initiatives within the department and assist in achieving all goals and objectives set

Offer optimization recommendations for all digital marketing channels, ranging from pay-per-click (PPC) and real-time bidding (RTB) display marketing campaigns to email campaigns enhancements

Using Adobe Target and Audience Manager (DMP), this individual helps all level markers and campaign agency to optimize and personalize their digital campaigns. As such, it would be asset if this individual has a solid understanding of Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Target, and Adobe RT-CDP products.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies):

At least 2 years’ experience working with an advanced real-time digital analytics system (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Two to three years of experience in digital marketing data analysis (with Google360, Datorama, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, and point of sales data)

This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all CRM requirements for our marketing websites (paymentsource.ca, nowprepay.ca, directpaynow.ca and the company intranet). Advanced knowledge of Hubpsot and inbound marketing best practices will be required for this role as the position will be the main point of contact for the company’s CRM tool. The incumbent will work closely with the Director, Marketing and Communications to ensure brand compliance in all web and CRM marketing projects and activities, and will be responsible for building out all new Hubspot template requirements using HubL and CSS coding languages. Responsibilities:

  • As the daily contact for updates to our Hubspot and WordPress hosted websites, the successful candidate must be an expert in these areas as they will be responsible for maintaining the company’s CRM instances. This will include: managing marketing automation/workflows, list management, contact management, blog posting, press release posting, updates to product pages, corporate pages, career postings, marketing campaign landing pages, A/B testing, website optimization, website personalization, promotional pages, and institute web and marketing best practices across all sites.

Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible delivering integrated strategies and tactical plans that align with the marketing strategies for the Food Basics banner. Specific Responsibilities

  • Execute digital road map and responsible for managing content within Food Basics’ Content Calendar, including animation and amplification of digital content and platform assets. Responsible for monthly scorecard and analytics of Food Basics Digital activities.
  • Maintain, manage and drive traffic to Ontario’s owned and paid digital platforms, including: Foodbasics.ca, the App, e-newsletters, paid and social media platforms.
  • Support content development and distribution process for Food Basics owned and social media channels and track results of key activations for reporting purposes.
  • Support digital campaign development and execution for key brand campaigns and lead secondary campaigns, across all marketing channels.
  • Support Merchandising Content Development Plan.
  • Support the Food Basics banner digital vendor activations. Contribute to the development and project manages multi-faceted integrated shopper marketing campaigns that support brand objectives, commercial business strategies and tactical marketing plans.
  • Work on developing the community by particpating in discussions, finding new customers and engaging to current ones to build relationships. Find new ways to engage the digital community and recruit more community members.
  • Actively participates in user experience optimization and platform evolution.
  • Monitor and optimizes operational processes.
  • Define performance measuring requirements and share results with relevant parties. Responsible for development of Weekly Summary of integration of Merchandising Priorities across Ecosystem Elements.
  • Plan and follow budget allocated to activation of marketing initiatives carried out on digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • University degree or related education in marketing, communications or e-Commerce.
  • 3 -5 years’ relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and in-depth knowledge of the Internet and current advancements in Web technologies.
  • Good Knowledge of CMS tools and Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of social platforms and tools eg. Facebook for Business, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Good knowledge of SEO/SEM principals and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong copy writing and editing skills in English; French proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work within budget parameters.
  • Must be comfortable in working within a fast paced dynamic environment.

  • Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns for all channels – SEM, Social, Display, Affiliates.
  • Maintain all channels according to the industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop DMP/marketing tech integration roadmap and execute through cross-channel/team collaboration.
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of communications, including the following key activities:
  • Clear understanding of business objectives and target

10% D. Relationship Management

10% E. Risk Management and Control

  • Monitor marketing communications to ensure adherence to standards of third party brands and compliance with legal, privacy, legislative and association regulations.
  • Provide budget information to the line of business leads to facilitate an overall view of marketing spend.
  • Ensure all required authorizations and approvals are obtained for the execution of promotional advertising campaigns.
