Job Description

McDonald’s Crew Members work in the kitchen preparing food and at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process. Team member s also assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment. However, there is flexibility to work in other positions at any time when necessary. Additionally, the crew member will communicate with store management, crew members, and customer service to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the restaurant. This also includes adherence to government regulations, training procedures for crew members, and food safety standards.
Required qualifications:
• Must be able to work various shifts per week.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Experience is not necessary, but you should be polite with the customers and make sure they have a great dining experience.
