We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
– Maintain an organized filing system
– Assist with data entry and record keeping
– Order and maintain office supplies
– Assist with special projects as needed
– Other general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Strong attention to detail
– Professional and friendly demeanor
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
