About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) – essential
  • Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in a similar administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address employee concerns professionally
  • Knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and HR best practices
  • Proven confidentiality and attention to detail
  • HR training or education and/or equivalent work in an HR role (asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
