  • Cross Functional Collaboration, acting as a liaison between sales teams and key departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. The objective is to ensure our sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

  • Support the design and deployment of a global training curriculum for Sales in close coordination with our HR and Sales Effectiveness partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales Effectiveness, Marketing and Product organizations to ensure the global sale steam has access to updated, current, relevant client collateral, Case Studies, and presentations
  • Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.
  • Operates in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of transaction banking experience incl. global cash management, liquidity management, trade & working capital solutions, and / or corporate banking or global banking experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent
  • Well-developed analytical skills. Ability to manage and interpret data sets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record in building relationships.
  • Knowledge and understanding of transaction banking products, credit and risk processes and pricing philosophy.
