INCLUSIVITY AND ACCESSIBILITY:
Art & Science is an inclusive, diverse and accessible work environment. We strongly encourage applications from women, racialized people, Indigenous peoples, people from gender-diverse and sexually-diverse communities, people with disabilities (visible or nonvisible), people of different religious backgrounds, people with family caregiving responsibilities and/or people with intersectional identities.

WHO WE ARE:

With a ten-year, award-winning history working with some of the biggest brands in Canada, we continue to experience growth and success. Art & Science prides themselves on blending creative with technology to produce incredible results for our clients. At Art & Science, we are not only committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion but we walk the talk and have built a strong culture based on those values.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Work on client accounts; you will be the lead on a number of client accounts where you will be focused on developing and executing digital strategies to improve our client’s results. You will guide junior team members to think differently about our accounts and execute with precision by leading through example.

  • You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, optimizing and executing digital marketing campaigns with a specific focus on Google Ads to achieve positive client business outcomes.
  • You will manage budgets and invoicing as needed.
  • You will deliver or contribute to presentations to clients with account managers or other senior leadership to discuss campaign strategy, tactics, and/or results.

Provide Reporting and meaningful Insights; you will be the lead on a number of reporting deliverables for clients.

  • Utilizing your data analysis skills, you will be responsible for reporting on performance metrics, keeping in mind the cadence varies per client and you have the ability to think of ways to improve reporting.
  • You will provide meaningful insights (of course, backed by data) on what is working and make recommendations on not only what can be improved, but how.
  • You will implement analytics, conversion, pixel, and event tracking tags as needed for Google Ads, Analytics, and PPC related tools and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Project Managers, Account Managers, Designers, SEOs, Developers) acting as a marketing point person to ensure flawless execution of key programs.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are a technical expert; when it comes to the Google Stack, you have expertise in search, display, YouTube, Discovery, Shopping, Local, and My Business. You believe in campaign optimization and are happy to be hands-on in the platforms and teach others to do the same. Your social technical knowledge is strong, particularly in Facebook and Instagram, and if you come with some TikTok and LinkedIn skills, we’d be thrilled!
  • You are intellectually curious, data-focused and not afraid to ask questions; you are someone who loves to learn and the more insights you glean, the more questions you have. You know that asking questions is the root of turning data into great insights. You love to challenge an idea or assumption, and understand that healthy challenge is what helps a team get stronger and smarter.
  • You are a deft communicator with a strong client-service mindset; you aren’t afraid to educate clients on the thinking behind your approach to campaign management while always showcasing their best interests at heart. You understand the ever-changing relationship between paid search and content, and can advise on what kinds of landing pages will convert best. You are prepared to go the extra mile to keep clients happy, revel in a challenge, and are always looking to excel, learn and grow
  • You are a problem solver and enjoy a challenge; you have a ‘can-do’ attitude that revels in a challenge. You’re not afraid to take the time to research and trial solutions to difficult problems.
  • You are a team player; you love sharing your successes (and failures) with other team members and discussing how to one-up your last successes. You are also happy to mentor a junior team member to help them learn and grow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on one or more of the following: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics.

  • Working knowledge of French

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

  • Directly reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing.

WHY WORK WITH US:

In addition to a competitive compensation package, which includes a comprehensive health benefits plan, you will start with two weeks vacation, additional time off near long weekends and winter holidays.
