The Sales Consultant at Hub Technology Group Inc. is responsible for selling IT Services solutions against a specific quota. They focus on acquiring unmanaged accounts, revenue growth in managed accounts, meeting KPI metrics, and developing product knowledge and sales skills. They manage the sales cycle, work with Business Development Representatives, create opportunities, deliver demos, engage with extended resources, and oversee contract creation and submission. They must also stay updated on customer information and competitive data. The Sales Consultant reports to the SVP, Sales Operations and works on growing wallet share of managed accounts, breaking into unmanaged accounts, driving new sales meetings, and aligning with Marketing for sales outreach initiatives. Competencies required include being a self-starter, having a growth mindset, competitive demeanor, strong people skills, client/customer focus, problem-solving skills, and results orientation. Other requirements include a university degree, technical product knowledge, a driver’s license, fluency in English (French considered an asset), 4-6 years of successful sales/marketing experience, and representing the company professionally at all times.
