Lead creative reviews, copy decks & strategic requirement documents and consolidate feedback from product leads and product owners.Relationship Management – Work closely with key partners such as Marketing & Communications to develop strategies and creatives to promote all of our Registered Plans & Specialized Services solutions.Strategy Planning – Lead new acquisition & retention strategies, business casing, and technical offer requirements for the Registered Plans & Specialized Services team. Incremental focus on key segments such as Newcomers, Retirees, First Time Home Buyers, New Parents, Mass Affluent and Emerging Mass Affluent to deepen relationships with these key target markets.Campaign Management – Manage Campaigns and offer fulfillment to hit New Registered Plan Account and Balance/AUM volume growth targets. Program marketing for all Registered Plan products including newsletters, financial education and advice for clients.Competitive Analysis – Monitor the market and competitive environment (consumer, technology, competition and government/regulatory agencies) and develop strategies and recommendations to protect / grow our portfolio and evolve our products, pricing and experiences to meet the evolving marketplace.
