Principal Accountabilities:
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the CRM and RFM teams responsible for sales point configuration management across all restaurants.
- Participate in projects and programs as well as business-as-usual activities as required by the teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Marketing projects.
- Partner with key cross-functional team members from Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Create and maintain menu items, layouts, and configurations using our custom web application.
- Assist with any activities related to the CRM/Digital segmentation, offers, and loyalty related processes (ex. Offer Calendar posting, etc).
The role aims to evolve towards greater involvement in implementation using various CMS platforms, AEM, RFM, Braze, VCE.
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education OR Restaurant experience with menu item maintenance (RFM)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong PC skills, abilities with Microsoft Office products, and appetite to learn new technologies.
- Experience working in CRM software and programs.
- Experience working with different web-based PM tools (ex. JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines within a changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within a cross-functional team environment, as well as collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems.
- Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
