The Content & Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Digital Communication Manager, is a highly motivated, creative and passionate member of the Marketing team. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES

Copy and Content Development

  • Perform regular content audits to optimize copy for SEO keywords; incorporate site analytics to determine top performing content and provide insight on how to improve low performing content

  • Monitor and understand competitor social media and communication strategies; provide reports of trending tactics

REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication skills: Must exhibit exemplary writing and editing skills. Please include a link to your portfolio.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting or content marketing
  • Post-secondary degree in Business or Journalism, with preference for marketing, communications, public relations, fashion management or equivalent

Position Overview:

The Photographer is responsible for shooting e-commerce and campaign related photography.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes all photo-related projects including website photography (on or off figure) and in-store marketing
  • Setting up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately, and in line with brand guidelines
  • Maintaining exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images
  • Participate in advertising and publicity brainstorming strategies

  • Have 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, overseeing the funnel from start to finish
  • Possess extensive experience in planning, creating, and executing content campaigns, online events, and other non-PPC digital campaigns
  • Are proud of past wins where you’ve generated a large number of consistent, relevant leads that increase conversion from free to paid accounts
  • Consider yourself technical. You probably have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and can fully manage and analyze your own campaigns and tracking code
  • Love data, and believe strongly in data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of data integrity, working closely with Business Intelligence and Engineering teams on data cleanliness and troubleshooting.
    • Analyze lifetime value (LTV) and attribution models across brand and performance marketing initiatives so as to continuously enhance ongoing optimization efforts.
    • Take ownership of the marketing tech stack and roadmap future requirements.

Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of marketing technology including Google Advertising / Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and Salesforce data analysis through implementation and troubleshooting.
    • Deep understanding of tracking marketing technologies including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Zapier or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of experience with Paid Search
    • Confidence with data and advanced spreadsheet queries.
    • Familiarity with Looker and/or other dashboarding tools.
