Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote/Flexible
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
A fast-growing software company is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and success, and driving customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients
– Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and drive customer retention and expansion
– Develop and deliver regular reports and updates to clients on their usage and success with the software
– Act as a customer advocate, providing insights and feedback to internal teams on areas for improvement and potential new features
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
– Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships in a B2B software environment
– Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Proficiency with customer success platforms, CRM systems, and related tools
