  • Be a subject matter expert on continuous measurement programs for embedded qualitative researchers
  • Conduct quantitative research studies in partnership with other researchers using methods such as survey research and behavioral/log data analysis that deepen our understanding of the user experience and drive product strategy
  • Help build the research systems, platforms, and reporting to scale Research measurement programs
  • Lead longitudinal sentiment programs (CSAT, dev sentiment, etc) and disseminate research insights to evolve and enhance Stripe’s understanding of user needs and identify innovative opportunities to meet those needs
  • Build close partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing leaders to build the infrastructure for ongoing tracking and ad-hoc survey research
  • Prioritize research needs and approaches across multiple work streams to work on the right project, scale, and scope at the right time and ensure impact by delivering actionable insights

  • Has 5+ years of relevant research experience working on digital experiences and generating actionable insights that drive impact
  • Has a desire to do hands-on research, support research data infrastructure, build reporting and dashboards, and work on an early-stage team, from planning and sampling to analysis and insights delivery
  • Can conduct complex quantitative research at scale and demonstrate the use of a variety of research methods (longitudinal programs, A/B testing, trigger-based automated surveys, conjoint, and discrete choice modeling)
