Title: Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Location: Campbell, California

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations and bookkeeping tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, overseeing administrative functions, and handling office correspondence.
– Perform bookkeeping tasks such as processing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
– Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
– Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing benefits.
– Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in office management and bookkeeping.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
