Company’s commission program.ROLE PURPOSE:The purpose of the Canada Regional Manager role is to lead, manage, and oversee the sales and market management activities in Stego’s Canada East Sales Region, with an added focus on Stego’s Drago Brownfield Solutions, in contribution to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Region, Sales Division, and Company.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Collaborate with the Canada Senior Regional Manager, in consultation with other Central Area team members, to identify individual and Canada Region goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the achievement of individual and Canada Region goals and objectives
- Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources to achieve shared objectives
- CANADA EAST REGION MANAGEMENT:
- Manage, lead, and oversee the Canada East Region’s distribution relationships, demand creation activities, and other sales and market management strategies, processes, operations, and overall goal achievement, in furtherance of Company goals and objectives
- Ensure data-driven post-analysis of achievements and opportunities for growth using KPIs/BI tools
- CANADA BROWNFIELD SPECIALIZATION:
- Manage, lead, and oversee the Canada East Region’s demand creation activities, and other sales and market management strategies, processes, operations, and overall goal achievement, in furtherance of Company goals and objectives for Drago Wrap, Stego’s Brownfield product.
- Guide the Canada Region and assist the Canada Senior Regional Manager in the achievement of Region goals and objectives through effective processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and strategy implementation relating to Drago Wrap & brownfield sites.
- Ensure data-driven post-analysis of achievements and opportunities for growth using KPIs/BI tools
- SALES & MARKET MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with key distribution contacts in the Region, attending open houses and other events, and providing the highest level of customer service
- Send all identified project leads to relevant distribution contacts
- Determine, communicate, manage, and modify (as necessary) distributor product pricing levels, in close collaboration with the Canada Senior Regional Manager
- Upon identifying projects with potential for Stego products, communicate with the distribution network to ensure Stego projects are bid appropriately
- Meet with distributors to promote Stego products and nurture customer relationships
- Design Firms – conduct in person and virtual meetings and seminars and communicate by phone and email with architecture and engineering firms to market and create demand for Stego products, with a focus on Drago and Stego Wrap products.
- Contractors – conduct in person and virtual meetings with general and concrete contractors to market and create demand for Stego products. Vet, train, and certify Drago brownfield installers.
- Trade Associations – conduct and attend in person and virtual meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and other trade association events to market and create demand for Stego products, with a focus on Drago and Stego Wrap.
- Actively and consistently utilize Stego’s CRM to optimize demand creation opportunities
- PROJECT TRACKING & SITE SUPPORT
- Identify and track projects with potential for Stego products
- Contact general and concrete contractors to provide virtual and on-site customer support and increase Stego product success
- Conduct project site visits to support Stego product installations
- Actively utilize Stego’s CRM, project lead generation system, and other internal resources to identify, develop, and maximize opportunities and relationships with target customers
- MARKETING, CUSTOMER SERVICE & INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT
- Provide technical and installation support to customers, as needed
- Attend regional and national trade shows and other customer and industry events
- Actively engage in relevant industry groups
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and others in the industry
- COMPANY CULTURE & CORE VALUES:
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Cenrtal Region team members, and all Stego employees
- Establish the Canada Region as a respected and collaborative Company resource

REQUIRED SKILLS, TRAITS & COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 3+ years of sales experience (required)
- Sales experience in Environmental Science/Building Envelope/Brownfields Technology (strongly preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (strongly preferred)
- Construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate on a daily basis by phone or video conference
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and remain in a stationary position to work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to travel extensively to attend team, company, and industry meetings and events
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed in an office environment and on location with customers (which may include offices, warehouses/yards, and construction sites). Local Travel not included in estimations below.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
- Ability to travel to and attend quarterly team and Company meetings and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 10% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend customer meetings and events, including days, nights, and overnight stays (approximately 25% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend industry meetings, conferences, and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 15% of the time).
