In general, you will be seen at the Subject Matter Expert across the organization for all aspects of the Grocery categories
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, both internally and externally through strong vendor relationships, identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvements and implement best practice
  • Build and maintain a strong supplier base that align with our company values; own relationships with our strategic suppliers, including performance management and innovation activities
  • Partner with internal stakeholder groups, particularly Procurement Operations, Quality & Technical and Product, to execute projects and/or improvements from ideation to national launch to performance review; provide Project Management support for Grocery initiatives across supply chain
  • Coach and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports
