Work Location and Travel
- This is a remote, commercial role based within a specified territory.

- Develop and execute a trial plan strategy of late stage pre-commercial & new commercial products (Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, Lettuce) in partnership with Market Development within the territory
- Data collection from trialing and entry into the internal systems for product advancements
- Establish a presence in the US protected segment with customers but also key associations and stakeholder external partners fully representing all things Bayer
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in plant science, Marketing, Agronomy or Related.
- 12/+ years of experience in business or greenhouse management, marketing and/or sales
- Influence, Customer Focus, Finance Acumen, Business Strategy,
- Negotiation, Sales and Marketing
- English proficiency.
- Office and digital greenhouse solutions (Priva, Hoogendoorn) knowledge
- Salesforce or similar CRM
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 30-40% by vehicle and/or plane
- Proven interest in supporting collaboration and teamwork within a pod structure
- Possess a driver’s license in good standing
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- It’s an asset to be French English bilingual
