Who we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in web development/project management
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, Joomla, Drupal, Umbraco, Webflow, Contentful, ContentStack
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Marketo, Silverpop, HubSpot, Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua), Salesforce Pardot a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office/Apple software (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel), wireframing software (Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.), and helpdesk applications such as Jira or Confluence

What you’ll do…


Campaign Management:

Perform regular account analysis for key improvement areas and provide actionable insights. Develop optimization schedule and process for our clients.


Reporting:
Monitor, review and report on ad campaign performance. Produce miscellaneous reports aligned to the business.


Stakeholder Managements:
Support intern account and sales team in client relationship management by participating in client account reviews with the team, presenting insights and help in giving direction to meet client’s goals. Making proactive recommendations to clients and Trader Sales reps for potential improvement and help clients meet their objectives. Develop custom campaigns according to client objectives.


Testing & Continuous Improvement:
Develop testing/optimization process to improve effectiveness of the team and program.


What you bring to the table…

  • High level of proficiency with the internet and MS Office (particularly Excel); demonstrated proficiency with Web-based applications; and knowledge of Web analytics software tools.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the search engine industry.
  • Having certifications is a plus (Google Adwords Certification, Google Analytics, etc.)
