Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Assist with building and maintaining website
  • Build lead pages and landing pages
  • Assist with researching video hosting platforms, and setting up content on them
  • Technological troubleshooting as required
  • Create strategies and execute online paid media campaigns using Facebook, Ads Manager, Insta Ads, Google Ads
  • Manage reporting and analytics for a variety of social channels and ad campaigns
  • Experiment with marketing tactics
  • Organize information and input data, documenting sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain databases and mailing lists, providing updates on advertising and sales efforts
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns when required

Administrative*

  • Handle general administrative functions as needed
  • Manage all inbound communications via web
  • Scheduling sessions and workshops
  • Send invoices/ receipts, and update sales data

What You Bring

  • You must be an organized, highly personable individual with a strong business sense and a positive attitude.

Sales & Marketing Manager

This role is a contract position for 13-15 months beginning in November 2021.

The Sales & Marketing Manager position reports to the CEO and is the key role on our small and important marketing team. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the identification of the greatest opportunity to improve the conversion, engagement and retention of our amazing clients. The role requires a deep understanding of full lifecycle marketing to prioritize, launch, manage and optimize segmented paid digital campaigns. You are passionate about driving sales results through marketing.

This dynamic marketing role also gets to do a little bit of everything – building and planning strategy, executing traditional and digital marketing activities, measuring and evaluating all marketing & sales functions, and organizing sales/business development in order to realize business objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the fully integrated digital marketing strategy including performance marketing channels, social media, email, SEO and content
  • Define measurement best practices, ROAS, KPIs, and benchmarking
  • Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance
  • Brief-in campaigns in line with integrated marketing calendar, and work with digital partners in the optimization of campaigns
  • Utilize web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end
  • Support rigorous analysis of marketing plan results and recommendations for future programming enhancements
  • Support development and execution of growth plan – this includes crafting strategy and oversight of execution in partnership with CEO
  • Create digital and print assets (social media posts, newsletters, web content, flyers, brochures, etc)

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • University or College degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospitality or service industry
  • Possess an analytical mindset
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an exceptional collaborator
  • Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology
  • Strong proficiency and understanding of Google Analytics
  • Proven experience in social media, email marketing and SEO
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Photoshop/Canva and video editing skills are an asset
