Affiliate Marketing Manager – Campaign Performance – Job Description
- Oversee banks entire affiliate program from publisher recruitment, tagging setup, to campaign launches
- Look for new opportunities to expand the affiliate program and improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the Day-to-Day and Credit Card Acquisition teams to track target goals, affiliate performance, and business results
- Oversee the pipeline of publisher opportunities which includes the onboarding of new publishers
- Lead and contribute to status calls with business partners to review KPIs, new publisher opportunities, and reporting
- Track any service issues reported by publishers and triage the issue to the relevant teams
- Monitor and analyze performance to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to scale referral traffic and demand sales
Affiliate Marketing Manager – Campaign Performance – Mandatory Skills
- Must have affiliate partnerships experience – 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to develop innovative strategies and drive creativity while meeting KPIs
- Demonstrates strong and effective project management skills, including ability to lead and direct outside resources
- Strong analytical background with an ability extract insight from data
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma
Affiliate Marketing Manager – Campaign Performance – Nice to Have Skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaborator and can work with various teams around a common vision.
- Strong understanding of marketing and the digital landscape
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, technology, and data
- Experience using tracking systems, pixels, and attribution models
