About the Role: Senior Product Marketing Manager

As part of the Growth Marketing team, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will partner and work with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to be used in all go-to-market initiatives to drive demand for our solutions.

How you’ll make a huge impact:

  • Leading the go-to-market plan, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing on each channel.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify key customer profiles, buyer personas and journey, pain points and use cases to optimize demand generation efforts.
  • Enhance sales efforts by developing materials that the sales team can utilize as part of their sales toolkit.
  • Reviewing offerings and promoting ongoing product differentiation.
  • Creating high-level and engaging content outlines for each stage of the buyer’s journey for the content production team to build on.
  • Being data-driven by habitually tracking inbound lead conversion from content and optimizing messaging through continuous testing.

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Must have experience in developing and executing SaaS go-to-market strategies.

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for MLSE Digital Labs’ commercial prospects and clients. This includes supporting on pitch conversations, developing relationships with key accounts, leading the development of pitch materials, managing the administrative side of the sales process, and working with different parts of the business to ensuring client proposals are impactful.

Key responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Manage end-to-end sales process for prospects
  • Work closely with the Account Management, Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, and other support functions such as Legal, Finance, and Marketing
  • Gather requirements as needed to ensure implementation teams are set up for success when onboarding a new client
  • Create a best-in-class customer experience by answering questions and collaborating with internal functions to ensure all client needs are met during the sales cycle
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to meet client needs and ensure clients are onboarded effectively
  • Escalate any concerns discovered during sales process to ensure resolution
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce
  • Create standardized proposal templates that can be easily tailored to each new sales conversation
  • Create pitch decks collaboratively with the rest of the Business Development team, often working with internal and external designers to bring pitch materials to life
  • Create legal documentation for clients including statements of work, master services agreements, service level agreements, and end user licensing agreements
  • Develop viable commercial models including pricing and delivery frameworks

Product/Technical

  • Become intimately familiar with MLSE Digital Labs’ products and services
  • Deliver impactful product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend innovative ways to get the most out of the product/service
  • Be the voice and champion of the client to the product team and other cross-functional teams

Communication

  • Create executive level summaries for all sales activities on a regular basis
  • Communicate proposals clearly and effectively to clients and prospects
  • Articulate thinking and analysis to management when crafting a proposal for a client

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Coordinator, preferably at a technology company focused on B2B SaaS
  • Experience in project implementation and/or product management
  • Strong track record of managing executive relationships and collaborating with cross functional partners
  • Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal
  • Curious and always willing to learn or take on a new challenge
  • Client-oriented problem solving and analytical approach
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS commercial models
  • Collaborative and highly engaged approach
  • Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry is a bonus
