We are looking for an Sales Account Executive for EMHware. EMHware is a Canadian based company, that provides web-based Case Management Software for mental health, addictions and social service agencies across Canada. With over 250 agencies and thousands of users across the country, we believe in treating agencies that use EMHware as partners in the improvement mental health, addictions and social services within their communities. This approach has led to our exponential growth, success, and desire to make a difference in the lives of our customers and clients accessing their services. In this role, you are responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing new lead opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding the needs and challenges of a potential client, speaking to the functionality and value of our solution, and executing a demonstration(s) of our platform. You are encouraged to find innovative and creative ways to connect with our target customers and further develop brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads that meet forecasted goals and defined objectives using our CRM (Salesforce) tools
- Deliver on or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly and quarterly), through consciencous and consistent application of assigned sales metrics.
- Develop, plan and execute sales strategies to grow our revenue and customer base
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and customer proposals that effectively communicate our solution
- Use CRM Tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) to document, track and report on sales activities, generate quotes, sales orders and contracts, and manage the sales process
- Provide client/prospect feedback to our Sales team in a constructive, helpful manner
- Identify and communicate any prospect feedback, including product gaps, revealed in sales cycle
- Coordinate closely with our Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and how to effectively position our solution
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, etc. and work with the marketing team to strengthen the organization’s brand
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Have a hunter mentality to get the right contacts and close the sale in an efficient manner
- Build relationships with mental health, addictions, and social services agencies across Canada to introduce them to EMHware products, qualify and close new logos
- Meet regular attainment of outbound call, conversion and other metrics that drive our business
- Manage a high volume of calls/emails and work to build a steady stream of new business
- Use your organizational skills and strong work ethic to consistently follow up on all activities and build a successful pipeline
- Be hungry to learn and perfect your sales craft and close (professional development is a top priority)
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience selling software and/or healthcare services with the ability to creatively prospect and hunt net new business
- Ability to create solution-oriented proposals and presentations based on the above analysis
- Possess strong technical skills with an ability to quickly learn and understand domain
- knowledge of our target sectors
- Comfortable questioning status quo with an organization to affect change for the organization staff and clients
- Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from start to finish and have consistently
- attained or exceeded sales targets and quotas
- Ability to work autonomously and without daily management oversight
- Obsessed with exceeding established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Highly organized & possess strong time management skills
- A team player with entrepreneurial spirits – you come up with and are willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of success and demonstrate a real passion to learn and grow within the company

Where:
The role is fully remote. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is based solely in Ontario or Quebec and you work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $65,000 – $70,000 + Commissions CAD annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
