– Provide administrative support to faculty and staff
– Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
– Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Maintain filing systems and databases
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
