Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing information about products and services
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Processing orders and coordinating shipment of products
– Maintaining customer records and updating database as needed
– Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
