- Work with key stakeholders across Marketing, UX and IT to execute a roadmap, expand capabilities and ideate opportunities to optimize conversion rates and site performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategic web projects with offshore teams and iterate operating models for efficiency and scale.
- Work with MarTech teams to implement Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer, and partner with marketing delivery teams to establish best practices for personalization and experimentation.
- Work with Digital Delivery teams to scale AEM capabilities across the Enterprise.
- Establish Enterprise content and communications practice, leveraging existing Adobe technology and web operations channels to centralize Enterprise client communications.

- 5+ years experience in digital product management, web experience optimization, or MarTech platforms, preferably in an Enterprise environment

- Ontario Licensing: CIP Designation

- Individual must demonstrate the ability to direct adjusters of all levels and work effectively in a team environment
- Previously demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates, written and oral techniques
