- Work with internal departments to enable accurate account management and resolution of customer inquiries
- Adhere to all Allegion Canada Inc. policies and procedures including Health and Safety.

- Monday : Friday from 8am – 4:30pm
- Pay rate : $17-19/hr.

What you will need:
- Actively enrolled in Post Secondary program/study (with a College or University)
- Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, visitors and employees.
- Must be detail oriented, punctual
- Understand basic customer needs and expectations to provide timely and accurate resolution to requests.
- Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to apply problem solving techniques.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing operating systems (AS400) is an asset.
