- Function as a Tier 2 escalation point, provide IT support for the in-house and remote users across Canada.
- Record, track, and document the request/problem-solving process and actions taken.
- Review actionable environment alerts to maintain existing infrastructure.
- Be engaged in team project efforts for server OS upgrades, vulnerability management, application upgrades/brand new builds

- Diploma in IT related studies with at least three years of experience in:
- server hardware and configuration, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, active directory administration (GPOs, understanding of replication, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience or working knowledge of:
- MS Exchange
- MS IIS 7.5 and 8.5
- Office 365
- VMware ESXi/VSphere
- Hyper-V
- AWS and Google Cloud Infrastructure
- System Centre Configuration Manager
- Enterprise Storage Systems
- CommVault Simpana or similar Enterprise Backup/Recovery Systems
- Oracle’s JD Edwards Enterprise One
- PowerShell
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to build good rapport with customers.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills and concepts in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to changing work priorities.
- Available to work after-hours during maintenance windows and when emergency support is needed.
- Willing to travel (approximately 10%) and able to safely lift up to 20kg regularly.
