Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the successful planning and execution of both internal and external events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, facilitating communication, and supporting all marketing and sales efforts to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize and execute events from conception through completion, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.

• Internal and External Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related communications with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and external partners.

• Logistics Management:

  • Oversee venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology needs for events, ensuring all logistical components come together seamlessly.

• Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including invitations, flyers, and social media content, to enhance event visibility and engagement.

• Sales Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies that align marketing initiatives with sales goals, providing support for lead generation and follow-up activities.

• Information and Materials Organization:

  • Gather and organize all necessary materials and information for events, ensuring all resources are accessible and readily available for use.

• Performance Analysis:

  • Post-event, analyze the effectiveness of events in relation to sales goals and participant feedback, preparing reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, project management, and logistics coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
