- You’ll be expected to support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation including identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment

- Understanding of human resources opportunities, challenges and issues in at least one of the sectors we serve (e.g., Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, Media & Entertainment)
- Demonstrate technical competence in our key capabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
- Contribute to the growth of the PAS practice by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients
- Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
- Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
- Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients
- Advance the PAS practice by supporting in the development of thought leadership and EY methodologies
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Relevant experience through one of the following: Professional services role with a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancy, internal human resources or organizational design role in industry or related line role in industry, in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)
- 2+ years of prior experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance, with success in current job applying one or more of these capabilities
- Experience of delivering org. design projects in one or more of the following functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
- Working knowledge of digital assets in the organization design space and use of analytical tools
- Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification
- Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment
