Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of human resources best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers
– Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, including processing new hire paperwork and facilitating training sessions
– Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
– Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting
– Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
– Assist with employee relations matters and conflict resolution
– Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Collaborate with the HR team on various ad hoc projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
– Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR or related role
– Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy
