Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hospitality establishment
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
– Supervise, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability
– Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve organizational goals
– Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
– Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
– Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
– Certification in food safety and/or alcohol service is a plus
