As a Corporate strategy, property and casualty insurance, Intern , you facilitate decision-making at the senior leadership level by developing credible, fact-based analysis to support recommendations on the best corporate strategy to adopt. You need to be creative, share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the organization’s objectives and priorities. You effectively and succinctly articulate complex ideas verbally, in written form and with slides/charts. You must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making. You work with different stakeholders, so you need to be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, subject matter experts and senior decision-makers. You need to influence them and gain their trust.
