As a Senior Program Manager for Remote Effectiveness and Culture, this role will drive initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement across Twilio’s global, remote-first workforce. You will oversee our Continuous Listening strategy and develop global programs to unlock change and support teams in taking action based on continuous listening insights. In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and implement programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Manage and analyze data from team effectiveness pulses, experience surveys, and lifecycle assessments; collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify trends and create actionable plans.
  • Lead the development of global organizational effectiveness programs that meet the unique needs of our remote workforce across different time zones and regions.
  • Design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops to enhance team performance in a remote-first setting.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals with team effectiveness strategies, ensuring a unified approach to remote work dynamics.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of organizational effectiveness programs and report on their effectiveness to leadership.
