The Revenue Enablement Lead will collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful product launches, provide continuous learning and support to the Customer Success & Account Management teams with the tools and skills they’ll need to succeed and grow their careers at Ada and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven and excited to teach, build and optimize for success. They will also be able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business, be comfortable taking initiative and rolling up their sleeves in order to execute. This role is a strategic business partner to our Customer Success & Account Management teams. They will support the successful scaling of these functions and contribute to Ada’s long term growth & success.
About You
- You have 2+ years of enablement or training/facilitation experience. You are adept at teaching adults tangible skills and scaling learning using technology.
- You know how to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize for impact.
- You have worked closely with Customer Success and Account Management leadership and aligned stakeholders to deliver enablement and training in the past.
- You have direct experience either enabling these audiences or in these roles with a clear understanding of the nuances of the expansion, renewal and ongoing success motion.
- You are impact obsessed and can tell a story with data to drive action.
- You thrive building “from scratch” and optimizing enablement programs

- Experience with the Tech Stack: Catalyst, Ask Nicely, Notion, Workramp, Monday.com, Highspot, Gong, Salesforce
Outcomes
- Reporting into the Manager, Revenue Enablement & Customer Success and Account Management leaders, you’ll support the ongoing improvement and optimization of our onboarding program to drive down ramp time and contribute to company goals.
- Design and develop enablement solutions across a variety of mediums (virtual facilitation, e-learning, video, etc.) to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our teams.
- Be a contributor to our Go-to-Market team and collaborate with Product Marketing & Revenue teams to design and deliver training on new products and features.
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and process gaps that lead to measurable outcomes by providing ongoing training, and creating content and coaching resources to individual contributors & managers.
- Working closely with our Revenue Enablement team to contribute to our strategic growth goals and align the customer journey from top of funnel to renewal.
- Support the implementation of SPICED methodology and creation/maintenance of playbooks.
