  • Support multiple clients with graphic design and video production.
  • Develop visually appealing social media graphics, videos, and documents in alignment with brand strategies.
  • Proofread, edit, and write content while maintaining brand voice and messaging.
  • Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) tasks such as keyword research and website optimization.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to comments and resolving negative feedback.

Public Relations & Media Strategy:

  • Handle day-to-day media requests and assist in media relations strategies.
  • Help organize press events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Support the preparation of publicity materials such as brochures, videos, and press releases.
  • Work with media outlets to secure coverage and communicate brand stories effectively.
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and award submissions.
  • Liaise with spokespeople and respond to media inquiries.

Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct research on media outlets, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Stay up to date with copyright and plagiarism laws.
  • Track and analyze media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor client strategy performance and assist in adjustments to meet objectives.

Project Management:

  • Assist in executing client project timelines and managing deadlines.
  • Communicate project challenges and collaborate with the team for solutions.
  • Track project hours and maintain accurate records.
